We did some conditioning for today’s noon class, we continue practicing how to feel for the takedown, how to defend the Ogoshi by being faster than the oponent aat switching the hip faster than them while still keep the upright neutral posture, not leaning too forward or too far back, when you have switch the hip in around 50% of theirs, start pushing your hip back into them, pull their upper body forward and look back, let their weight fall onto you and perform the Ogoshi.
I feel that I got exhausted faster than usual, maybe because of my change in diet, more greens and less carb. I weighed in at 82.5 kg at the end of today’s training session, wondering if I’m able to get to 77kg by the end of the month. My right ankle is aa bit swollen maybe from the running at did yesterday. I took some supplements, vitamin C, diclofenac and alphachymotrypsin for good measure.
