This one has been on my bookshelf for a while, and I’m glad to finally pick it up and finish it just this October.
My impression of Frankenstein had been of a horror/action theme, and while the book definitely carries that tone, it was more about love and the yearning for it. The storytelling is also very fascinating that put you into different perspective that connects together quite nicely.
It was a bit hard to read at first due to the writing leaning toward old classic literature, but the longer I got into the book, the more thrilling and gripping the story became. This one took me about a month to get through.
Highly recommended, especially for fans of fiction. I can definitely understand why it is one of the classics.
