What is Domain Authority and How to Check It?
Each website has a domain name. Domain authority is scored from 1 to 100; the higher the score, the more trust and helpfulness the website is perceived to have, based on how many websites link to it and the quality of those linking websites.
A new website starts with a score of 0, and its score will increase with a lot of traffic from users and more references from other websites.
You can check the domain authority by visiting https://ahrefs.com/website-authority-checker/. From there, you can enter your domain name to see your score.

What is a Backlink and How to Check It?
In SEO, a backlink is when one website places a link to another website on its page. This tells Google, “Hey, I think this other website is cool or helpful!” If a website gets lots of backlinks, especially from popular or trusted websites, it will show up higher in search results, as Google uses this metric to determine if the website is trusted and helpful.
So, backlinks are like votes of confidence that help the website become more popular.

Keep in mind that those metrics are for reference and not super accurate.
