My calves have been a bit tight these past few days, especially when I get up in the morning. I decided to go for a run today to lose some weight since I’ve already been eating healthily enough. The effort was easy, and I took my time getting used to running again. The evening road was cool, and I’m glad it didn’t rain. I felt better afterward, and my legs feel a bit lighter. It’s definitely nice to break out some sweat before the day ends, ending the week on a good note.
